Mountain Fables strives for your complete confidence and satisfaction with the goal of making your shopping experience as pleasant and smooth as possible. With this goal in mind merchandise may be returned for any reason by following the basic return policies and procedures listed below.

 

**** RETURN POLICY ****

1) RETURN TIME

1) 30 DAY CASH REFUND: Please return the merchandise withhin 30 days of the date you receive it. The return merchandise postmark must be dated within this 30 day period (no later than the 30th day ) to qualify for a cash refund. The date that you receive the merchandise and your date of return will be established by the tracking receipt postmarks.

2) AFTER 30 DAYS-STORE CREDIT: Merchandise returned, with authorization, but shipped after the 30 day period has expired will not be eligable for a cash refund. In this instance a Mountain Fables Store Credit for the full value of the merchandise returned will be issued. This credit will be good until used.

2) REFUND AMOUNTS

1) MERCHANDISE: A full cash or credit refund, an equal exchange, or some combination of these will be given, unless otherwise noted in the merchandise description.

2) SHIPING: No return on ANY shipping charges. Returns are for merchandise only. All shipping charges will be incurred at buyers expense.

3) RETURN EXCEPTIONS: On rare occations or at end of season sales there may be merchandise which is non-refundable and/or non-exchangable. Goods marked "as is," "no returns accepted," "all sales final" or with similar language will always be clearly marked and will not be returnable for cash, store credit or exchange.

5) GIFT CERTIFICATES: Gift Certificates must be redeemed for merchandise. They cannot be refunded for cash or credit/debit card credit. Once merchandise is purchased the merchandise may be returned for store credit as per standard return policies and procedures.

3) RETURN AUTHORIZATION REQUIRED

1) RETURN AUTHORIZATION: All returns must be authorized by e-mail and given a Return Authoriaztion Number<. Items returned without a Return Authorization Number displayed on the outside of the packeage will not be accepted, at owners expence. (See REFUND PROCEDURES below for information on obtaining the Return Authorization Number.)

2) RETURN SHIPPING: BUYER WILL PAY RETURN SHIPPING.
TRACKING AND INSURANCE MUST BE INCLUDED.

3) CARRIER CHOICE: The merchandise must be returned using the same carrier and shipment method it was sent by. Ie: If the merchandise was shipped via USPS Priority Flat Rate, the return must be shipped back using USPS Priority Flat Rate.

4) In an attempt to make the delivery of purchases and the receipt of returns as timely as possible Mountain Fables does not ship or authorize return shipments using ground, parcel or media mail.

5) OFFICIAL RETURN ADDRESS: Because the Mountain Fables address is rural it has both a physical address and Post Office Box address. The required shipping address will vary by carrier. The correct address to return your merchandise to will be covered during the Return Authorization process. If you received your shipment via the Post Office you may use the same address found on the origional shipment. Private carriers sometimes need a postal and physical address plus phone number. If you have any further questions after receiving your Return Authorization instructions please e-mail Mountain Fables before shipping. ** Buyer will be financially responsible for mis-shipment
of their return.

REFUND PROCESSING TIME

1) Refund credits, exchanges and adjustments will be processed only after merchandise has been received and checked back into stock.
